I had a great stay at the hotel. It's in a perfect location in the Old Quarter, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and all the amenities. The rooms are clean and cozy, but some don't have windows. The service was outstanding, the staff is so friendly and supportive. The dining experience was really good, and the facilities were top-notch.
